Refund policy

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on standard orders. Items must be in new / unworn condition in order to be eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@gritavenue.com to request a return shipping label. Please include your order number. 

  • Domestic Returns (US): Domestic returns are subject to a flat-rate $6.00 fee, which helps cover the cost of return shipping.
  • International Returns: For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and verified, we will process a refund for the sale price of the returned items, as well as any taxes. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.

(Some exclusions on returns, including final sale items, may apply.)

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received incorrect or damaged items, please contact us at info@gritavenue.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Lost / Missing Orders

Please note that Grit Avenue is not responsible for any shipments that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for the lost items.

If your order is marked as lost in transit or never arrives despite having the correct address, we’re happy to offer a one-time reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages. Before any reshipment is processed, the shipping address must be verified and confirmed by the customer to ensure proper delivery.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Unfortunately our system can not process exchanges. However, if you'd like to return an item please reach out to us to request a return shipping label. You can then place a new order for the item you desire!

Discounts & Promotions

At Grit Avenue, we occasionally offer our customers exciting promotional discounts at different times throughout the year. To take advantage of these special offers, orders must be placed within the specified promotion period, and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Please note that promotional discounts cannot be applied to orders retroactively.
